## What it is

A page can rank well and still get ignored if the title doesn't earn the click. Hook finds pages with plenty of impressions but a [CTR below the curve](https://skribra.com/glossary/click-through-rate) for their position, and rewrites the title and meta description to be more clickable — without rewriting the content.

It's deliberately conservative: it won't touch a page that's already pulling traffic (no risk to a winner), and it has the longest cooldown of any agent so titles aren't churned.
