Prospector
Queries an article already earns impressions for in Search Console, where the article's content doesn't substantively cover the topic the query is asking about.
Briefs a refresh to add the missing sections — capturing proven demand the page is already shown for but failing to satisfy.
Runs on the agent cycle, one article per run, with a 30-day per-article cooldown.
Google already shows your article for searches you never deliberately targeted. Prospector finds those — the queries with real impressions where your content stops short — and treats them as a content gap with built-in demand.
Instead of guessing new topics, it deepens pages you already rank for, which is usually the fastest path to more clicks: the page has authority, it just needs to answer the question.
How Prospector works
Token-matches an article's top queries against what the article actually covers — no LLM guesswork in the detection.
Queries with enough impressions that the page doesn't substantively answer become the brief.
A refresh adds the missing sections, then republishes.
